The recovery of the material takes place starting from waste exclusively of our production, we carry out a granulation and devulcanization process, obtaining a new workable rubber to be integrated into a new compound.
Knowledge of the raw materials used in our production process is
fundamental to determine the distinction between two different types of soles
recycled.
In fact, the production process is based on the use of two different types of rubber.
VIRGIN SYNTHETIC RUBBER and RECYCLED RUBBER.
Recycled rubber is our strong point and comes from the revitalization and storage of production waste and rubber at the end of the working cycle, thus becoming a new raw material.
And it is precisely based on the percentage of recycled rubber present in the phase
production which distinguishes two different types of recycled soles:
- the 5% RECYCLED SOLE
- the 35% RECYCLED SOLE
