The material is recovered from waste exclusively from our own production, we carry out a granulation and devulcanisation process, obtaining a new processable rubber to be integrated into a new compound.
The knowledge of the raw materials used in our production process is essential to distinguish between two different types of recycled soles.
In fact, the production process relies on the use of two different types of rubber:
VIRGIN SYNTHETIC RUBBER and RECYCLED RUBBER.
Recycled rubber is our strength and comes from the revitalization and storage of production scraps and end-of-life rubber, thus becoming new raw material.
It is precisely based on the percentage of recycled rubber present in the production phase that two different types of recycled soles are distinguished:
- the 5% RECYCLED SOLE
- the 35% RECYCLED SOLE
